What if I don't have a rental code?

Unless your school has instructed you to use a specific code, you can proceed with the online rental process by simply leaving the code box empty and clicking submit.

I created an account and received a confirmation email. Why don't see any information when I log on?

You can easily display account and order information by clicking ‘Your Account’ at the top of the web page.

Are the monthly payments listed in addition to the school year rate?

The monthly payment amount displayed applies to the rate charged should you decided to continue renting the instrument after your initial plan term has expired.  

Why don't I see my school listed?

Check to make sure that the correct Location and School district has been selected.

I’ve chosen the school year rental plan – can I make monthly payments?

No. Full payment must be made before instruments are delivered.

When will I receive my instrument?

Deliveries are made to schools on a weekly basis. If you have not received your instrument within 2 weeks,  please contact us at 1-888-RAYBURN (in Pennsylvania, please call 1-877-480-8224).

How do I know what size string instrument my child needs?

You can easily determine the right size by clicking the ‘String Sizing’ link at the top of your web page. There you will find charts and instructions to be sure your child will have the correct instrument.

Why can’t I check off the right book?

Once you create or log into your account, the options in your order summary can be selected or de-selected simply by clicking on the appropriate checkboxes.
